  • Proper 5-step Hand Wash and Bath utilizing a ph balanced shampoo to ensure no harm is done to the exterior surfaces

  • All Exterior surfaces are clayed by hand, including wheel faces, to remove stubborn surface contaminants

  • Paint is then inspected and a process is determined

  • Multi-Stage or Single Stage Paint Correction is performed on all applicable surfaces (dependant on surface condition)

  • Multi-Stage or Single Stage Paint Polishing and Jeweling is performed on all applicable surfaces (refines the correction steps and increases depth, gloss and color)

  • Ceramic Finest Reserve is applied in 3 thick layers, ensuring proper dry time between coats

Proper Maintenance Products/Procedure


  • Optimum No Rinse Wash and Shine

Use: Optimum No Rinse Wash (ONR) for daily wash / CarPro RESET for excess dirt

ONR Method:

  • Always perform the wash in the shade if possible. Start with the wheels/wheel arch area first.

  • Start by spraying down the vehicle with a hard stream of water to remove surface debris and dirt.

  • Fill (1) bucket with clean water, about 2 gals, fill (1) bucket with the Optimum No Rinse (per label).

  • Take one microfiber towel and place in the ONR bucket. Wash each panel with a side-to-side motion, no circles, after each panel, clean out the microfiber towel in clean water. Use the clean water bucket like a washing machine.

  • Wash from the top, down using very light pressure.

CarPro RESET Method:

  • Same as above, however use CarPro RESET shampoo in the (1) bucket.

  • Continue with wash process, rinse with stream of water in between each panel, washing in a conventional manner


Use: CarPro EcH2o and Meguiars Drying Towel

  • The best method of drying is by using some type of air whether it’s compressed or by wet/dry vac, blowing the car off is best.

  • Spray EcH2o lightly across one entire panel, controlling the area of spray

  • Lightly wipe with microfiber towel flipping towel to fresh sides often

  • Spray once more across panel surface

  • Using a fresh microfiber towel wipe surface removing remainder of dust and dirt

  • Move to next panel, repeat steps 2-5, and continue around vehicle

  • Final step – wipe entire vehicle with a fresh clean towel as needed


Use: CarPro PERL

  • Clean tire surface from dirt, oil, and dust

  • Spray onto applicator or old microfiber, then rub into tire surface and wipe in evenly


Use: 303 Aerospace Protectant and Hot, damp microfiber

  • Wipe and clean all interior areas with clean microfiber (lightly dampened with hot water)

  • Spray 303 Aerospace Protectant on clean microfiber liberally

  • Out of direct sun, wipe surface with 303® Aerospace Protectant and WIPE COMPLETELY DRY.

  • If streaking occurs, too much product has been used. Use a wet towel to remove excess, IMMEDIATELY WIPE COMPLETELY DRY.

Ceramic FAQs

How long until my car can get wet?

12-24 hours after your vehicle was coated it can be exposed to water.  If wet before that time water should be blown off or safely wiped off before it dries on the surface.  No water should touch your vehicle period for at least 2 hours in optimal temperatures.

How long should I wait before washing my car with soap?

You should wait a minimum of 5 days before washing with soap or using cleaners however bugs or bird bombs can be removed asap as directed below.

Should I use a drive through car wash?

Not if you care about your perfect finish! Drive through car washes have sharp, hard, dirty bristles that can severely swirl your paint.

Should I let the dealership wash it?

Never allow a car dealership to wash your vehicle.  They do not understand how to, nor do they have the time or equipment to do so without introducing swirls into your perfect finish.

Will Ceramic Coatings prevent rock chips?

No, no coating can prevent rock chips however it will protect the paint from road rash caused by tiny sand fragments at high speed. For rock chips ask your Finest Installer about application of a ppf film after polishing and before application of Finest.

How long will it realistically last past the 2-3 years?

This depends on how you care for your vehicle.

What is the best possible way I can care for my perfected and enhanced vehicle now protected with either Ceramic Coating?

Once we have completed the work on your car we will provide you with our Reflected Images maintenance routine.

Can heat or frost harm Finest after it has cured?

No, Finest is extremely resistant to both low and high temperatures.
